Our in-house construction and development arm delivering the transformation of the £400m+ worth of assets that have been acquired in the last 2 years into sustainable hotels, residential properties and commercial spaces.

Our in-house residential lettings agency and managers of our portfolio of 1,500+ affordable apartments for rent in prime urban locations. 24/7 security, concierge services and easy online bookings ensure a safe, convenient and seamless experience for residents.

Planning permission, on appeal, has been secured to install two permanent cutting-edge LED screens on the historic London Pavilion, returning the building to its former glory as a beacon of illuminated advertising.
